About Aastha

Who Am I? I am a Psychology (Honours) graduate with practical experience working in hospital settings, as well as in guidance counselling and psychotherapy. Through my internships and teaching experience, I have developed a strong understanding of psychological concepts and how to apply them in real-life situations. I’m passionate about the field and enjoy helping others understand human behaviour, mental processes, and the science behind them. Why I Want to Teach Teaching psychology gives me the opportunity to share my knowledge and help students grow academically and personally. I believe learning becomes meaningful when concepts are explained clearly, connected to real-life examples, and taught with patience and understanding. I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy guiding students, simplifying difficult topics, and helping them build confidence in their abilities. My goal is to make psychology not just a subject you study, but a subject you enjoy—and one that helps you understand yourself and the world better.
