About Autumn

I am currently a Psychology undergraduate at the University of Liverpool. During my A-levels, I was both a psychology and biology mentor. This allowed me to explain concepts to others who were struggling, I helped get one of my mentees from a D/E grade up to a B in Psychology. I like to tailor my teaching by using a range of techniques to discover what works best for the individual. I achieved an A in my Psychology course, however, I do believe given the opportunity I would have achieved higher. I also achieved an A in biology and a B in WJEC Criminology.

About the lesson

I like to approach each topic separately. If you are more confident on one topic then we won’t spend unnecessary time going over it, we will focus on the things you don’t understand through individual preferences of learning. I will work to tailor my teaching methods to you, if you learn in a certain way I will try my best to cater to that. I like to link concepts and theories within the syllabus to real-world situations as I find personally that is what helps me remember. Along with a thorough discussion of specific topics, I will also teach you how to apply this knowledge to exam questions in order for you to get top marks.
