About Tegan
I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Sport Psychology, where I am developing a strong understanding of performance, motivation, and mental resilience. My academic journey, combined with real-world experience, allows me to support students with both theoretical knowledge and practical insight.
I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential and believe that with the right guidance, every student can build confidence in their abilities.
Alongside my studies, I am a keen runner and enjoy challenging myself, which reflects my commitment to growth and perseverance. I aim to create a supportive, professional, and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and capable of achieving their goals.

My approach is flexible, student-centred, and tailored to individual learning styles. I work closely with each student to understand how they learn best and adapt my teaching accordingly.
