About Tilly

With a strong academic background in psychology and a genuine passion for education, I understand the challenges students can face and am committed to helping them overcome them. My goal is to make psychology enjoyable, understandable, and achievable for every learner.

I welcome students studying GCSE, A-Level, Access to Higher Education, and undergraduate psychology. Whether you are aiming to improve your grades, strengthen your understanding of key concepts, or prepare for important assessments, I will provide the guidance and support needed to help you reach your full potential.

My Approach to Tutoring

I provide engaging and supportive psychology tutoring tailored to each student's individual learning style and goals. My teaching focuses on building a strong understanding of key psychological theories, research methods, and exam techniques, helping students gain confidence and achieve their academic potential.

Teaching Methodology

Lessons are personalised to suit the student's needs, strengths, and areas for development.
Complex psychological concepts are broken down into clear, manageable explanations using real-world examples and case studies.
Emphasis is placed on active learning through discussion, practice questions, exam-style assessments, and regular feedback.
Revision strategies, essay-writing skills, and critical evaluation techniques are incorporated to support exam success.

Typical Lesson Length
Lessons are typically 45 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged if required.

Qualifications and Experience
I have a strong academic background in psychology and experience supporting students with coursework, revision, and exam preparation. I am passionate about helping learners develop both subject knowledge and confidence in their abilities.
