About Francisca

I have a bachelors' degree in Psychology and have worked in public and private institutions both in Spanish and English. I also have a Diploma in People Management, as well as various courses on Psychological Testing.

I have more than 5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, so I am well seasoned in the talent market, know how interviews work and what is expected of the performance of candidates in each step of the selection process, so I can coach you to successfully apply to jobs that fit your profile and expectations and present yourself as an attractive candidate in the eyes of recruiters.

The selection processes vary depending on whether it is a private company or a public organization. Given my experience in both worlds, I can guide you and teach you the different stages you will face.

If you're applying to an international company or one that requires you to have a certain English level, I can help you review your resume and give you helpful tips to better prepare for the interviews.

About the lesson

We jointly review your training and experience and look for the resume style that best suits you. We will look at your past job applications (successful and not) to analyze strengths and weaknesses that we will work through interview simulations.

I will guide your job search so that you can apply successfully to the offers that fit your profile and your expectations, as well as introduce you to the different types of interviews that you may face and teach you how to prepare for each step of the selection process.
I will tell you about the different tests (technical and psychological) that you may face and give you information and tips so you can feel confident, calm and stand out throughout the whole selection process.

This first lesson offered with Francisca will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Details

I am available for classes both online and in person (depending on your location or agreed meeting point in the RM).
In case you need to reschedule or cancel you can do so up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. If not, then I'll charge 50% of my rate.
