When did you develop an interest in your chosen field and in private tutoring?
Being an educator is both my passion and my gift. When a person has a talent in certain area people notice. My colleagues recognised my unique ability to connect with students, deliver complex medical information in a simple and memorable way throughout the course of my medical career and encouraged me to go and teach. They kept saying " You have a talent you should go and teach". It wasn't until I was selected to speak on the national TV about various medical topics that I realised that if out of 5 thousand talented highly educated employees the company selected me to teach general public on the news live then I have to teach. Ever since then I lecture at New York Institute preparing students to pass NCLEX State Board of Nursing Licensure examination with great success. Every single student passes on their first try.

NCLEX preparatory course which consists of all aspect of nursing disciple subjects.
Did you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you?
I always inspired myself to strive for the best and to achieve the highest level of degree possible. Today I far suppressed that goal.
What do you think are the qualities required to be a good tutor?
Inspire students to want to achieve everything that they put their mind to. Once the desire is there together we can move the mountains.
Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.
I had a patient who refused to move from his room into the hallway into cafeteria to eat his breakfast due to his Alzheimer's disease which effected his cognitive abilities. 5 staff members weren't able to move him from his bed and none of the incentives they offered him helped.Knowing that he was a professor of Physics when he was young and that it was his passion,all I had to do is remind him that his students are waiting and that he is late for the lecture he immediately got up and run saying

"We can make students wait" while forgetting to put his pants on.
What were the difficulties or challenges you faced or still facing in your subject?
To get students to practice outside my tutoring hours. Sometimes I am the only chance they get to sit down and focus on NCLEX due to work and family responsibilities as everyone is leading very busy lives.
Do you have a particular passion? Is it teaching in general or an element of the subject or something completely different?
My passion is to get every student to pass on the first try at 75 questions.
