Hi, I’m Karthik — a Project Planning and Control Professional with over 12 years of experience in the EPC industry, currently working with a reputed company on large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects. I’ve used Primavera P6 for project scheduling, resource planning, cost control, and monitoring. I’ve trained juniors and peers on the job and realized many professionals and students struggle to learn P6 practically, beyond just some videos or theory.
