About Sharique

Hi! I'm a passionate and experienced software engineer with over 12 years of professional experience building high-quality, real-world applications used by thousands (sometimes millions!) of people. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across various industries and I’ve worn many hats: developer, mentor, team lead, and trainer. What I’ve learned is this: good code matters, but good teaching matters even more when you're trying to truly understand programming. That’s why I love sharing my knowledge. Helping others "get it" — that lightbulb moment — is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. I’ve mentored junior developers, led code workshops, trained interns, and helped colleagues level up their skills. Now, I’m offering that same guidance to you — whether you’re a beginner taking your first steps into tech, a student needing extra support, or a professional aiming to sharpen your skills. My approach is always student-first: patient, supportive, and practical. I aim to create a safe and engaging learning space where questions are encouraged, mistakes are welcome, and progress is inevitable. My teaching approach is centered around clarity, practicality, and real-world relevance. With over 12 years as a professional software engineer, I’ve mentored college graduates, junior developers, trained teams, and helped complete beginners grow into confident coders.

I believe that learning to program should be engaging and empowering — not overwhelming. That’s why my classes focus on hands-on, project-based learning. You won’t just learn syntax; you’ll learn how to think like a developer, solve problems, and build things that actually work.

A typical class begins with a brief concept explanation, followed by interactive coding exercises, and then a small project or real-world scenario to reinforce learning. I adapt the pace and content to your goals — whether you're preparing for a coding interview, building your first app, or taking the first step into the programming world

I also share industry insights, code review techniques, and best practices that come straight from working on large-scale applications used by millions.
