About Yasir

Hi, I'm Yasir. I am a disciplined and dependable tutor with 2+ years of experience as a Senior Teaching Assistant for Computer Science. In this role, I supported students through regular help sessions, revision classes, and one-on-one guidance, including teaching large groups during intensive revision periods. I work closely with students to explain complex concepts clearly, while maintaining high academic and professional standards.

About the lesson

I offer structured and beginner-friendly programming lessons focused on building strong fundamentals. With hands-on experience in Python and school-level computer science, I emphasize logical thinking, problem-solving, and clear understanding rather than memorization. Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace, using practical examples to build confidence and long-term understanding.

Recommendations

I highly recommend Yasir as he's been teaching me for over a year now. His ability to break down concepts into real world analogies is honestly such a game changer. Not to mention, he' s extremely knowledgeable and patient and doesn't make you feel any less competent.
