My teaching approach involved initial assessment for individual learners and identifying their strengths and weaknesses. Setting goals with learners and supporting learners achieve their ILPs goals through face to face and online tutoring, supplies of learning materials and answering questions. Finally, lessons are tailored to meet each learner's curriculum(choose your time). and syllabus.
