About Angélica
I have been teaching since 2003 to all kinds of people. I am specialized in Therapeutic, yoga children, pregnant and train teachers. I provide courses to learn to practice only at home without danger of injury and my knowledge of osteopathy and anatomy provide a follow-up adjusted to each student.

Titled teacher with more than 15 years of experience, I train teachers of all my specialties. My classes are tailored to the needs of each student athletes, physiotherapists, office workers, injured people, disabled, businesses, schools ... According to the person the practice is adjusted to help you improve and evolve Body, mind and heart are included in the classes. The alignment is the same used to recover the degrees of joint mobility in osteopathy, breathing exercises or pranayama are also included, there is always in each class a part to understand and deal with the functioning of our mind in a healthy way, learning to calm it down . Each class also provides knowledge about our emotions and how to deal with them on a day-to-day basis.
