I was lucky to have Simeon as my tutor in my second year of my MA in Fine Art at the University of Hertfordshire. Simeon was also our programme leader. I found that Simeon is an extremely knowledgeable person, not only in the field of art but also other disciplines that connect to his art practice. He has a great eye for art and can help artists to see their work from different perspectives. I also found him keen to encourage ways of working that I may not have considered. His input led me to work on a bigger scale and to do work in metal, which I would not have done without his encouragement.

Simeon was my BA Fine Art sculpture tutor at the University of Hertfordshire for two years. He is an extremely philosophical and articulate tutor, and his lectures were always stimulating and thought-provoking.
