About Luis
I am a Physical Education teacher, graduated from INEF (Sports Sciences), specialized in training with young people, adults and as a family. I have been training and educating people for more than 7 years, always from the individualization and knowledge of the personal characteristics of each one. Maintaining the necessary sanitary hygiene and safety measures due to the current pandemic.

I work individually or in a group, always attending to the needs of each person (pathologies, pain, objectives ...). WHO recommends doing at least 150 minutes of physical activity a week, in children and adolescents, 1h a day. Now more than ever is the time to stay healthy and active in a fun and motivating way.
