About Naresh
I have had the privilege of working both in the academic arena and in the corporate sector. While my experience in Management Education gave me an insight into the challenges that our younger generations face, my work in the corporate sector enabled me to analyse the value of the knowledge and skills gap. Our youngsters need direction, guidance and above all, an environment where they can decide for themselves and pursue their dreams.
To this end, I have dedicated the rest of my career - to teach, guide, mentor and coach young people in their education, career and their life.
For the record, I have held positions of Dean, Director, Professor in my academic involvement with various B-Schools in India. I have been a Financial Analyst, Trainer, Learning Specialist and Learning Manager in my corporate avatar.
My methods are interesting, interactive and effective. I ensure that students take an interest in the subjects that they learn. I use presentations, discussions, videos, tests, mock exercises and assessments in my coaching. I also guide and mentor my students in non academic matters also. After all, their success is my success.
