About Francesco
Hi! I'm Francesco, an Italian chef with a deep passion for authentic cuisine and over a decade of hands-on experience in high-end kitchens. I graduated from Italy’s top culinary academy, ranking 4th in my class, and have since worked across Italy, France, and now the United States, in both Michelin-starred restaurants and refined local kitchens. My culinary journey has taken me through regional Italian traditions, modern French techniques, and international fine dining — giving me a wide range of skills and stories to share.
