About Fernanda
The main characteristic of my approach is musicality. Music sounds provide information that stimulates movement, such as rhythm, intensity, and texture. To achieve the bodily expression of these stimuli, the second most evident point in my methodology is the exercise and exploration of bodily awareness of all possibilities of movement, thereby varying strength, velocity, amplitude, fluidity, control, and the lines of movement. Besides all this, I also use exercises to develop the most requested physical abilities in dance, being they muscular strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, agility, etc.
