Professional teacher of Arabic, French & English - Arabic tutor with Wisam

Wis' lessons are informative, fun and comprehensive.
He is punctual and accommodating which are two important traits when studying during a work lunch break and time is of the essence.

I would highly recommend him for all those learning to speak French as an adult. He is clued up on relevant course material and I believe he goes the extra length to ensure French is an approachable and undaunting subject.

I had a few lessons with Wisam to brush up on my Arabic which I had learnt up to beginner intermediate level some years ago.

Every lesson was interesting and very informative. Wisam had a way of gauging my level and filling in the gaps in my knowledge very effectively. He made the lessons interesting and I left feeling that I was making good progress. I recommend him highly. I will resume lessons with him as soon as my work eases up a bit.

I underwent 4 weeks of intensive one to one Arabic training (in the Levant dialect) with Wisam in advance of working in the region. The training delivered by Wisam was excellent, with a great mix of practical instruction, cultural context and verbal language skills. This all helped to set me up with a broad and very helpful background in the region, as well as provide me with an excellent grasp of the basics of the Levant dialect, both spoken and written. The training was imaginative and stimulating. I recommend Wisam most highly to any prospective Arabic students.

As a foreigner, I am not good at pronounce some of English sound, but Wisam always pay attention to teach me that, I am very thank you for Wisam his useful english course which definitely improve my english quickly.

I have had a few English classes for intermediates with Wisam recently and I have found them very useful and interesting .I think the good thing about these classes that you get an opportunity to improve all your skills at the same time , both written and oral as the course includes grammar, listening, phonetics,conversation and different types of exercises. He is always helpful and willing to clarify any difficult points in grammar when students ask .
He tries to make sure that students understand the difference between the formal and informal language and keeps them updated on colloquial and everyday useful expressions. You can learn and have fun at the same time, without getting bored at all .

Wisam taught French to my daughter at GCSE level over a 5 month period and she was incredibly positive about his capabilities as a teacher and the impact he had on her overall understanding of the subject. He is professional and thoughtful and really good at explaining things. He was able to quickly identify and address the fundamental gaps that had emerged in her knowledge and understanding of the subject and give her the confidence she needed to address them.

I wanted to teach Arabic, which is my mother-tongue, but I was not sure how and where to start from. Wisam, with over 15 years of experience in this field, helped achieve this after only 10 lessons. His method simply consists in simplicity combined with creativity.

Wisam has been teaching my five year old son how to read and write in Arabic while expanding his vocabulary. His colloquial Arabic is mild which is good for enhancing conversation skills across various dialects/accents, while he focuses on modern standard Arabic when reading and writing of course. He is a very patient and knowledgeable teacher, and is punctual and flexible.

Wisam taught me Arabic for 4 months in 2015. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Wisam is relaxed and friendly, making conversation enjoyable. He also has an encyclopaedic knowledge of grammar and will patiently answer every question.
