About Kyle
I am a professional songwriter living in Los Angeles. I am signed to a music publishing company and write songs every day for a living. I have been writing songs for over 15 years and I hold a degree in songwriting from Berklee College of Music. I have always had a passion for teaching and I'm looking to teach and inspire the next generation of amazing songwriters. My experience working directly in the songwriting business has enhanced my knowledge about the art and the industry of songwriting.

In each lesson, students will either present a song they are currently working on or start a new idea. We will discuss melody, lyrics, harmony and rhythm and specifically how these four concepts can be utilized to make a song as strong as possible. Additionally, I will provide real world industry writing briefs for students to write to in order to practice writing songs for both themselves and others
