About Tyler

As a former professional soccer player myself, my passion lies with helping the next generation of players experience what the game I love has to offer. I have extensive playing and coaching experience across the UK, US, Sweden, and Australia. I have had the privilege of playing at clubs such as Norwich City, Tottenham Hotspur, and Dagenham and Redbridge, as well as competing professionally abroad. Having been fortunate enough to play around the world, it has given me a deep understanding of different playing styles, tactics, and training methods, which I bring into every coaching session. This experience allows me to teach players not only technical skills but also the adaptability, game intelligence, and mindset needed to succeed at higher levels. Following my playing career, I started my own 1 to 1 coaching business in the UK, working with young players from professional academies around London to develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. I hold a UEFA B coaching license, a National Diploma in Sports Performance, first aid certification, and a Working With Children Check, ensuring safe, professional, and high-quality coaching. I am passionate about helping players reach their potential and enjoy every step of their soccer journey.

About the lesson

My sessions are tailored to each player's level, goals, and learning styles. I focus on developing core skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and positioning, while also improving tactical awareness and game intelligence. Sessions are structured, engaging, and fun, with practical drills, match scenarios, and feedback to help players progress quickly. Whether you're training for a team, preparing for trials, or just want to enjoy improving your game, my sessions are designed to help you build confidence, technique, and a deeper understanding of soccer.

Perfect! I couldn’t speak more highly about Tyler- in just a couple of sessions I can clearly see an improvement in my sons soccer skills! Tyler effectively combines support with a structured approach, ensuring that training is both enjoyable and challenging. His training sessions are well-designed and effective. He is clearly very experienced but also very patient. My son really looks forward to his training sessions- we’re very grateful to have such a great coach!!! ️️️️️
