About Ella

I am a professional singer who trained on the BMus (hons) music degree course at Trinity Laban. I have worked with west end lead roles and cast members, actors from TV and I have taught members of the royal family. I have also taught in both primary and secondary schools (state and private) and I have taught students from Cambridge, Oxford and Durham universities.
I have also taught at several stage schools

My Qualifications;

BMus (hons) in Music, Trinity Laban, London
(Voice and Piano) 2007

BA (hons) in Jazz music Leeds College of Music
(Alto Saxophone and Flute) 2001

ABRSM Grade 8 Distinction in
Voice, Alto Saxophone and Flute. 1995

BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts - Distinction

DBS enhanced check 2025
First Aid Certificate 2024

About the lesson

I absolutely love singing and try to inspire all of my students with my enthusiasm and approach to music. I understand students learn in different ways and abilities. I am kind and I have a great sense of humour to my general approach to teaching singing.

Lessons are balanced of helping students with warm up and technique exercises, various songs. I can also help with exams, grades, auditions and performances. I focus on the fundamental parts of the voice in depth of breathing, posture and sound. Along with confidence and the creative lyrical approaches to all songs.
