About Amar

I’m a performing artist (trained in acing with India’s finest coaches & a movement explorer) who loves what he does and I strongly believe dance or movement is much more than just performing some steps, it’s a medium of expression & it improves our awareness as a human being with calming down our nervous system which allows us to become the best version of ourselves. I feel dance is a Natural medicine to humanity which keeps one elevated & aware, I want to share this awareness as much as possible.

About the lesson

My process of facilitating is that I of course start with basics but with time I try to make every individual aware about their own strengths and weaknesses, Me & my dancing is different than conventional dancers that makes me believe every individual is different, it’s just how early you become aware about your uniqueness that you have to build upon. Other than that the only thing that’s going to take you forward is consistency.
