About Carol
I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and I have been a pastry chef for more than 2 decades. I regularly teach classes for all ages in baking, pastry, and confections. I have also trained many aspiring pastry chefs as they move forward in their careers.

I really enjoy teaching people who are passionate about baking and pastry - people who want to understand how things work and are willing to put in time and energy to learn. I like hands on classes where you can dive right in and then ask questions as we go along. My goal is for you to learn and have a good time while doing it!
