About Harry
Music is and has been a deeply important part of my life. I adore playing music, writing music and studying its theory and history in great detail. I also love to share this knowledge and to help my fellow musicians in the world to achieve their goals. I love to teach, and am a patient and experienced tutor who can help with a wide range of needs.
I am primarily a guitarist, but also play church organ, bass, drums and sing. I love to compose music and write songs, as well as study and learn about music, even now many years out of University. Music is my passion, and I hope to share that enthusiasm and experience with my students.

I specialise in one-on-one and small group music tuition, working with my students in a discussion-focused and practical manner that allows them to develop skills and knowledge at their own pace, enabling them to truly internalise concepts. I also have a wide range of subject knowledge and experience, enabling me to assist a wide range of students and help them achieve their musical goals.
I teach gcse, a-level and music theory. I also specialise in teaching composition and songwriting, and greatly enjoy assisting people in their creative journeys.
As a qualified teacher, I am also highly experienced with teaching within an exam format. This includes exam technique, interpreting mark schemes and tailoring answers to achieve as highly as the student is capable.
