My 25+ year working career has been within the Arts as a professional dancer and teacher, as a business owner and operator within the fitness & Pilates industry, and as a leader, mentor, and coach with my direct sales and prosperity businesses.

I base my lessons on the needs of the student and mostly use online face to face zoom training system. I focus on understanding their strengths and how to enhance and maximise these to continue to expand their capacity in all areas of their study and development. I like to make learning fun and use positive applications to encourage a student to discover solutions and be proud of their own success and growth.

Details
Lesson Packs have a 3 month expiry for 5 hours and 6 month expiry for 10 hours and will not be refunded however they can be re-scheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please note I can provide small group online lessons if required for a reduced rate per person.
