About Poli

As a committed Spanish tutor with 10 years of teaching experience, I have had the opportunity to work with around 150–200 students from different educational and professional backgrounds. I teach learners of all levels and believe that every student deserves individual attention and a learning experience tailored to their unique goals.

My teaching focuses on building strong foundations in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking while encouraging practical communication from the very beginning. I use interactive lessons, conversations, quizzes, cultural discussions, and real-life examples to make Spanish engaging and relevant.

I believe that confidence is developed through practice, encouragement, and consistency. My classroom is a supportive space where students are free to ask questions, express themselves, and improve without fear of making mistakes. I regularly monitor progress and provide personalised feedback that helps students stay motivated and achieve measurable improvement.

A unique aspect of my teaching is my ability to simplify complex language concepts into easy, understandable lessons. I also customise learning materials and activities according to each student's pace and preferred learning style, making every session productive and enjoyable.

My objective is not only to help students achieve high academic performance but also to prepare them to communicate confidently in real-life situations. Whether learning Spanish for examinations, career opportunities, travel, or personal interest, I am dedicated to helping every student achieve success through patience, professionalism, and personalised guidance.

About the lesson

I focus on teaching Spanish in a way that is engaging, practical, and tailored to each student’s needs. Accountability guides learners to set clear objectives, track their progress, and take responsibility for their learning. Integrity ensures that lessons are honest, fair, and consistently adapted to the student’s strengths and areas for improvement.

I use Flexibility to adjust lesson plans, activities, and teaching methods to match different learning styles, interests, and goals. Communication is central to my teaching; I encourage questions, discussion, and interactive practice to help students gain confidence and fluency.

A Positive environment motivates learners, celebrates progress, and fosters resilience in the face of challenges. I also integrate related subjects such as grammar, literature, vocabulary, and cultural studies, giving students context and practical skills for real-life use of Spanish. My aim is to help learners communicate fluently, understand cultural nuances, and develop a lifelong passion for Spanish.
