About Mark
I started Dancing at the age of 14 and teaching at the age of 19. I am also practising yoga because I strongly believe health is a conscious lifestyle choice necessary for longevity and Happiness.
I have good ability to teach via demonstration and interaction.

Hello everyone, I am a motivated dance Instructor accomplished in helping clients at All-Ages. In love with controlled movement, Rap and R&B music. I practice daily Dance and Yoga myself to achieve the utmost flexibility and sharpen my movements. My aim is to give every person I teach the opportunity for growth, strength and self confidence. I create a fun, enjoyable, but disciplined space for my students to train, create, and play within, and I will always keep a good energy and vibe throughout.
Before your first lesson we will discuss your dance experience up to date, create a structure for your lessons tailored to you based on your ability, aims/goals.
Dance lesson plan:
- dance style knowledge, foundations/grooves and technique
- breaking down moves/steps with isolations/rhythms
- creating combinations of moves/steps
- learning choreographed routines on a popular song
- freestyle, improvisation
- end of session reflection/evaluation
