I am Rahul Chamoli, a dedicated Hatha Yoga teacher with 8+ years of experience in guiding students towards a healthier lifestyle. Currently teaching at Om Yoga Ashram, I focus on traditional yoga practices combined with a simple and practical approach. I believe yoga is a powerful tool for physical fitness, mental peace, and overall well-being. My teaching style is friendly, patient, and beginner-friendly, making it easy for anyone to start their yoga journey. I am passionate about helping people reduce stress, improve flexibility, and build a balanced life through yoga.
