About Kamsiyochi

Hello! My name is Kamsiyochi, and I am a friendly French and English language tutor from Nigeria. I am currently studying Foreign Languages and Literary Studies at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where I specialize in French and Russian.
My love for languages started at a young age, and over the years, it has grown into a passion for teaching. I enjoy helping people discover that learning a new language can be exciting rather than intimidating. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a student become more confident with every lesson.
I chose to teach because I believe language opens doors to new cultures, friendships, education, and opportunities. I especially enjoy working with beginners because I understand the challenges of learning a foreign language, and I know how important it is to have a patient and encouraging tutor.
My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where every student feels supported, motivated, and excited to learn.

About the lesson

Learning a new language should be enjoyable, practical, and stress-free. My teaching style is patient, interactive, and tailored to each student's learning pace because I believe everyone learns differently.
I specialize in teaching French to A1 and A2 learners, as well as beginners who are just starting their language-learning journey. My lessons combine grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, pronunciation, and fun activities such as conversations, games, and songs to make learning both engaging and memorable.
A typical lesson lasts one hour, giving us enough time to learn new concepts, practice together, and review what we've covered. My goal is not just to teach you French, but to help you become confident using it in everyday situations.
I have teaching experience both in a classroom and through private tutoring. I previously worked as a French language tutor at Brilliant Stars Modern Academy, where I was honored with the Teacher of the Year Award for my dedication to teaching.
My lessons are perfect for children, young learners, teenagers, and adult beginners who want to learn French for school, travel, work, examinations, or personal development.
Remember, learning a language takes time. You don't have to be perfect from day one. I'll guide you step by step until you achieve your goals.
