About Airah

Hi. My name is Airah but most of my student call me "Teacher Aya", I am a passionate and dedicated ESL teacher who enjoys helping students improve their English skills and become more confident in communicating. I believe that learning English should be engaging, practical, and enjoyable. As a teacher, I create a supportive and friendly classroom where students feel comfortable expressing themselves, asking questions, and making mistakes as part of the learning process.

I use a variety of teaching techniques, including conversations, role-plays, games, visual aids, and real-life situations, to make lessons interactive and meaningful. I also adapt my teaching style to meet the different needs, levels, and learning styles of my students.

My goal as an ESL teacher is not only to teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills, but also to motivate my students and help them build confidence. I believe that with patience, encouragement, and consistent practice, every student can make progress and achieve their English-learning goals.

About the lesson

As an ESL teacher, I am centered on creating a supportive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment. I believe that students learn English best when they have opportunities to use the language in meaningful and practical situations. Therefore, I use a combination of communicative activities, role-plays, discussions, games, visual aids, and real-life examples to develop students’ confidence and communication skills.

I also believe that every learner has different needs, abilities, and learning styles. For this reason, I adapt my teaching techniques according to my students’ levels and individual needs. I use scaffolding to help students understand new concepts and gradually become more independent learners.

As a teacher, I aim to be a facilitator rather than simply a source of information. I encourage students to participate, ask questions, make mistakes, and learn from them. I provide constructive feedback while maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere. Ultimately, my goal is not only to teach grammar and vocabulary but also to help students become confident and effective English communicators.
