About William
I am a (semi-retired) Professional Engineer; my career work has been developing heavy vehicles, large tractors and auxiliary equipment. My favorite subjects in school and college were always mathematics and sciences. I would like to pass my knowledge down to aspiring young people who are the future of our country!

I believe it is necessary for a student to take good initiative when attempting to solve a problem. If, after having attempted a solution (for a prescribed period) I would get the student to explain his or her rationale, and then explain how I would approach the same problem. It is important for the student to "own" the solution (so to speak).
