About Megan
North Carolina-native, based in London, I am a performer, choreographer, teacher, and artist. I recently graduated from London Contemporary Dance School with a BA Hons in Contemporary Dance.
A lifelong dancer, I grew up training with the Academy for the Performing Arts in Apex, North Carolina, returning to begin my teaching career at APA as well. I started teaching with the hope to share their passion for movement and expression, and has taught in various settings.
Most recently, I have been teaching for the Chiswick Theatre Arts Contemporary Programme, CYD Program at the Place, primary and secondary schools around the UK, and at the Academy for the Performing Arts.
I am still currently working in the industry, performing, choreographing, and teaching professionally. I also have an interest in yoga, pilates, accessibility, and always emphasise on creating safe spaces.
