I am a seasoned professional dancer who studied at the Alvin Ailey School In NYC, on scholarship, then worked on cruise ships for 8+ years as dance captain and company manager. I have taught dance for many years, to people of all ages!

My teaching method is focusing on technique, rhythm, strength and stamina, all while learning choreography and having FUN! Movement makes you feel good!! So I try to share how fun dancing can be (to current songs/etc) but also focusing on on stretching, strengthening and technique.
