About Mahrukh
I started working out at an early age because I was facing some health issues, but it eventually became an addiction and turned into a lifestyle. What I love is how a daily workout will not only help you achieve your fitness goals, but it brings about so many other benefits, such as higher productivity, better mood, improved sleep, and so much more! After reaping all these benefits myself, I wanted to extend this knowledge to others around me, and so here I am! My clients have a love-hate relationship with me; they love me, but they hate what I put them through. Heh. But, what matters the most is the fact that they absolutely love the end results, and so would you!
