About Ankit

I’m Ankit Mandal, a professional cricketer with 5+ years of competitive playing experience at division, district, zonal, and university levels. Alongside cricket, I have also competed in powerlifting and secured 3rd position at the All India Inter NIT Powerlifting Competition. Being a professional athlete, I have strong knowledge of both sports performance and strength & conditioning, and I’m passionate about helping people achieve their fitness and athletic goals through proper training, discipline, and guidance.

About the lesson

In the first cricket coaching session, we will analyze your current skill level, playing style, strengths, weaknesses, and your goals in cricket. Based on your role and schedule, I will create a personalized training plan focusing on batting, bowling, fielding, fitness, and match awareness. I will also track your progress regularly and help you improve step by step with professional guidance and performance-based training.
