About Sadisha
I am a professional cricketer turned coach with experience at U19, first-class, and franchise level. Having competed at a high level, I bring a strong understanding of the technical, tactical, and mental aspects required to succeed in modern cricket.
I have transitioned into coaching driven by a genuine passion for the game and a commitment to developing the next generation of cricketers. I take great pride in helping players refine their skills, improve their game awareness, and build the confidence needed to perform consistently.
My coaching approach is focused on structured development, attention to detail, and creating a positive learning environment. I aim not only to enhance individual performance but also to instill discipline, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the game.
Seeing my players progress and succeed is the most rewarding aspect of my work, and I am dedicated to supporting each individual in reaching their full potential.
