About Attila
I am a professional Calisthenics Athlete, with 6 years of experience , all my life was about sport from the beginning to now.
I have trained a lot of professional athlete in my hometown , soccer players , hockey players,etc..
I help others to reach their level with only bodyweight exercises, to strengthen all the muscles in our body, to move well , and to feel healthy.

My teaching method is about oldschool Calisthenics , with basic exercises and than with advanced exercises .
I can teach you to do one arm pull ups, muscle ups, ring muscle ups,front lever,human flag,dragon flag,pistol squats,and all exercises to do in a corectly form.
