With over 15 years of experience running my own bakery, I’ve learned techniques and tips that make decorating fun, creative, and achievable for anyone. My lessons are hands-on, supportive, and easy to follow, whether you’re picking up a piping bag for the first time or looking to polish your skills. I focus on creating a welcoming space where mistakes are part of the process and every step forward is a success. You’ll leave each class with new skills, fresh inspiration, and the confidence to create cakes you’re proud of.
