About TJ
I’m a professional boxer who has trained and competed at an elite level, constantly learning from world champions and top coaches around the globe. My journey has taught me not only the technical side of boxing, but also the importance of mindset, discipline, and recovery in reaching peak performance.
I coach because boxing changed my life - it gave me focus, resilience, and a way to channel energy into growth. Now, I want to share that gift with others. Whether you’re here to get fit, learn self-defense, or push your limits, I’m passionate about helping people discover their strength - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
