Hi, I’m Fuad! I am a competitive footballer and a Khelo India University Games Gold Medalist dedicated to helping people unlock their true physical potential. Physical conditioning and functional fitness have been the foundation of my life for years. I believe fitness shouldn't feel restricted or limiting—it should make your body feel free, powerful, and capable in everyday life. You don't need heavy gym equipment or overly complicated routines to get in shape. Instead, I teach bodyweight training that builds real athletic muscle, great posture, and effortless movement so you can look sharp and feel confident every day."
