About Thierry
I take my role as a tutor very seriously and approach every class with professionalism, structure, and care. I have prior experience teaching both Portuguese and English to students from different backgrounds and age groups, and I always adapt my lessons to each student’s goals and learning style.

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, I am a native Portuguese speaker currently based in New York, where I work as a professional ballet dancer and model.
I have experience teaching Portuguese to foreign children and English to Brazilian students of different ages. I attended a bilingual school in Brazil and completed several years of formal English studies at Wizard Language School, which gave me a strong foundation in both languages.
My classes are beginner-friendly, dynamic, and adapted to each student’s goals, focusing on clear communication, confidence, and practical everyday language.
