Hello everyone!
I'm Balbir Singh, and I'm thrilled to share my fitness journey and accomplishments with you.
My Fitness Journey
Growing up, I was always fascinated by fitness and sports. At 16, I started weightlifting and quickly fell in love with bodybuilding. My transformation journey began with dedication, hard work, and a passion for learning.
Sports Accomplishments
Throughout my bodybuilding career, I've achieved:
• 2005 - 1st place in 100 mtrs sprint
Nationals
• 2006 - 2nd place in shotput Nationals
• 2007 - Powerlifting Champion in Mumbai.
Notable Achievements
• Certified Personal Trainer Golds fitness
• Fitness Model for Many Companies
• ACE Certified Coach.
Lessons Learned
My journey taught me:
1. Consistency and patience are key.
2. Proper nutrition and recovery are crucial.
