About Belinda
I am a native French speaker, qualified language teacher and experienced international professional, with a passion for languages, communication and connecting with people from different cultures.
Originally from France, I have lived, studied and worked internationally for many years, including in France, Switzerland, Spain, the UK and Australia. I am fluent in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese, so I understand from personal experience both the challenges and rewards of learning to communicate confidently in another language.
I hold a Master’s degree in Education specializing in Language Acquisition, a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and a TEFL qualification. I have experience teaching French and English to students of different nationalities and levels, from beginners through to advanced learners and exam candidates.
Before moving into education, I also spent many years working internationally in hospitality, events and business environments. This allows me to bring real-world professional experience into my teaching, particularly for students who need French for their career, international business or professional communication.
As a teacher, I am friendly, patient and encouraging, but also structured and goal-oriented. I want my students to enjoy their lessons while seeing genuine progress and becoming increasingly independent and confident in French.
I particularly enjoy working with adults and professionals, as well as students preparing for DELF and DALF examinations.

My lessons are practical, engaging and fully tailored to your individual goals. Whether you want to become more confident speaking French, improve your French for professional purposes, or prepare for a DELF/DALF examination, I adapt each lesson to your level, needs and learning style.
As a native French speaker and experienced language teacher, I believe that the best way to learn a language is to actively use it. My lessons therefore place a strong emphasis on conversation, pronunciation and real-life communication, while integrating grammar, vocabulary, listening and written expression in a natural and structured way.
For professionals, lessons can focus on Business French and workplace communication, including meetings, presentations, interviews, emails, professional vocabulary and communicating confidently in French-speaking environments.
For students preparing for the DELF or DALF examinations, I offer structured exam preparation covering all four skills, with particular attention to exam technique, oral production, argumentation, written expression, time management and practice using exam-style tasks.
I hold a Master’s degree in Education specializing in Language Acquisition, as well as a TEFL qualification, and have extensive experience teaching languages to students from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds. As a multilingual teacher who speaks French, English, Spanish and Portuguese, I also understand first-hand the challenges of learning and communicating in another language.
Lessons are generally 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged for intensive study or exam preparation.
My classes are particularly suited to adult learners and professionals, from beginner to advanced level (A1–C2), as well as students preparing for DELF/DALF examinations.
Most importantly, I aim to create a relaxed and encouraging environment where you feel comfortable speaking, making mistakes, asking questions and gradually developing the confidence to use French naturally in real-life situations.
