Hi! In my classes, you can learn to move with rhythm, improve your flexibility, focus your mind, energize, and strengthen your body. I guide students of all levels with precise techniques in yoga, wellness, and mindful & creative movement. I offer private lessons, corporate sessions, school workshops, and classes in sports complexes, both online and in person.
Dans mes cours, tu peux apprendre à bouger avec rythme, améliorer ta flexibilité, te concentrer, énergiser et renforcer ton corps. J’accompagne des personnes de tous niveaux avec des techniques précises en yoga, bien-être et mouvements créatifs. Que ce soit pour des cours privés, corporatifs, ateliers dans les écoles ou dans des complexes sportifs, en ligne ou en présentiel, je suis là pour t’aider à progresser à ton rythme et atteindre tes objectifs.

I met Marjorie at the Sivananda yoga center in Montreal about 8 years ago.. She has always been passionate about the teachings of yoga.
Maryorie is genuine and authentic. She is great yoga teacher, she teaches from the heart. She genuinely cares about her students' wellbeing. She is kind, patient, intuitive, warm, knowledgeable, encouraging and empathetic. I highly recommend her.Marjorie is a great yoga teacher.
