About Irene

I teach yoga classes, mostly Hatha and Vinyasa, as well as private sessions, private classes, workshops, training and yoga for companies for a long time. I currently manage and direct my own Yoga studio in Murcia center: Samsara Murcia

About the lesson

I am a certified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. I have received an international teacher training based on anatomy, adjustments and alignment. Body awareness, breathing, improvement of flexibility and recovery from injuries. Classes in English and Spanish. All levels welcome!

Perfect! La clase fue maravillosa, Irene es una profesora de yoga increíble. Con gran conocimiento sobre anatomía y capaz de adaptar perfectamente la clase a lo que necesitas. Me sentí nueva!

La clase con laura ha sido genial. Se nota muchísimo que es practicante de Ashtanga, pues tiene una fuerza, flexibilidad y control corporal que se puede apreciar en poquísimos alumnos. Ha sido una clase muy fluida donde hemos trabajado sobre todos los objetivos que ella había marcado y con ella he aprendido un montón! Espero que podamos repetir pronto!

The price of each class is 35 euros each one if I teach them on my yoga studio. 1 h 30m. If I have to travel, perhaps could be more, it depends on the distance
