I'm extremely easy to get along with and laid back and have this approach with any of my pupils. I'm also 27 sousually have a better chance at having the pupil like me and want me to tutor and help them as opposed to say their teacher or another older tutor

Super easy to understand as every child is different and learns intheir own way. After learning a bit about your child and how they learn easiest I use that approach to help them in whatever subject am tutoring them on. Also try to help the parents/parent of the child in case the student needs any assistance and in not there physically at the time, say it's a homework assignment assigned them to do till I come back the following day
