I use Pilates and the Pilates Reformer to specialize in physical therapy focusing on most replacements, mobility, strength training, personal fitness goals, and balance. Each class is truly formatted to you, your injuries, goals, and is an hour long each.
Everyone has their own goals and we work to achieve them YOUR goals. Homework can be requested as well as assisted stretching.
