With over 10 years of experience in fitness training, I specialize in personal coaching for performance enhancement, weight loss, and overall well-being. I also work with young athletes in basketball, soccer, and football, helping them build strong athletic foundations and reach their full potential.
As a certified personal trainer and independent professional, I offer a wide range of services tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Based in Montreal and surrounding areas, I provide mobile training—working in various gyms, parks, and even at your home.
In addition to fitness coaching, I also offer Latin dance sessions, combining fun, rhythm, and movement into an energizing experience.
