About Julia
I teach Chinese yoga 10 years ago. I also work in traditional Chinese medicine. I practice and I continue to learn Chi Kung and Chinese Yoga. I like everything related to health from a more holistic perspective. Where body, mind and spirit are an inseparable whole.
