My Yoga style based on multiple yogic disciplines. I incorporate traditional aspects of yoga with health science and human physiology. \Myr classes focus on physical alignment, internal aspects (mind, energy, breath), allowing students to practice safely and effectively.
I treat every student as a unique individual and create a personal approach, based on personal needs, preferences, physical and health issues and fitness level
