About Joseph

I have worked with many students over the last 10 years and I have received positive feedback regarding my way of working with children and young people. I have worked with over 30 different classes/groups of students over the last decade and have had to cater for many different learning styles. Students I have worked with have made good progress through Key Stages 1 & 2 and I was rated as a good teacher with areas of outstanding practice. I have supported many students to achieve accreditations including: AQA awards, functional skills awards and Duke of Edinburgh Bronze, Silver and Gold awards.

About the lesson

Hi, I'm Joe. I have worked as an education practitioner & teacher in schools in Liverpool, Bristol and London. I have a very person centred approach to education and can support students in Key Stage 1 and 2 in all subject areas as my specialism is Primary education. I can also support GCSE Geography students as I have a degree in Outdoor and Environmental Education. I am calm, patient and friendly and focus on developing a positive & fun learning environment for students. I am passionate about education and I know that children and young people make better progress in education when they are engaged and enjoying what they are doing.
